This mentoring path helps product owners grow their coaching capabilities, by helping them improve your product and grow your product ownership competence. Mentoring sessions are based on your current work situation, we help coach you to learn from the current experience and find steps moving forward. Through this experience, you grasp the skills and build your hands-on experience, and help your teams, products and organizations to improve
Who should take this program?
This program will be beneficial to those who want to develop their product ownership and product competence, and business strategy.
- CSPO graduates
- Managers who want to develop their own agile coaching capabilities
Candidates must know the contents from CSPO and have hands-on product owner experience. If you don’t have the prerequisites, please contact us for alternatives to close the competence gap.
Sessions
There will be 10 sessions per package, of 90 minutes each. They can be set as weekly or bi-weekly. In between sessions, candidates spend time to work on homework, and/or practicing learning in their respective organization setting. Reflect on learning and report back during the next mentoring sessions. Contact us to tailor your program based on your company’s needs.

Mentoring for Agile Coaches
This mentoring path helps agile coaches grow their coaching capabilities, through helping you support your team and organization, while helping you grow your coaching competence.
Mentoring sessions are based on your current work situation, we help coach you to learn from the current experience and find steps moving forward. Through this experience, you grasp the skills and build your hands-on experience, and help your teams, products and organizations to improve.
Who should take this program?
This program will be beneficial to anybody who want to develop their agile coaching competence at team, organization and corporate level.

- CSP-PO graduates
- Managers who want to develop their own agile coaching capabilities;
Candidate Selection:
This is not an open program for registration, instead, pre-selection and informal interviews are performed to group candidates to the right group. Candidates must know the contents from ACSM and CSPSM. If you don’t have the prerequisite, please contact us for alternatives to close the competence gaps
Group Information:
Groups will be from between 4 to 6 people, from diverse specialties to industrials to allow candidates grow context diversity (as diverse as possible)
Program Content
The skills that are covered include: teaching, mentoring, training, facilitating and professional coaching.
As an agile coach, we should be able to sense the situation, decide what domain(s) to focus on, how to kick start, and what to measure.

Sessions
There will be 10 sessions per package, of 90 minutes each. Classes will be pre-determined weekly or bi-weekly schedule per group, with the flexibility of evaluating the next date and slot at the end of each current mentoring session
In between sessions, candidates spend time to work on homework, and/or practicing learning in their respective organization setting. Reflect on learning and report back during the next mentoring sessions.
To practice facilitation, each candidate is now asked to facilitate two virtual coaching circles with Evelyn Konsult AB community.
