Evelyn has been coaching Agile coaches since 2011 and since then these coaches have gone on to work in various sectors and industries. Growing coaches is well known as one of her specialties, and she is invited to speak at conferences about developing coaching capabilities. For instance, Agile Conference Singapore 2013, Global Scrum Gathering Shanghai 2015, APAC NJSD 2017,  Online Lean and Agile Conference 2018.

Coaching for Coaches is a program that Evelyn facilitates for passionate Agile Coaches to advance their skills to the next level with private sessions and discussions. This approach is a lot more personalized and hands-on. As demand is high, there is a pre-selection process for our Coaching for Coaches program.

All Coaching for Coaches program candidates are interviewed and selected from the pool of candidates.

Coaching for Coaches program candidates will work in small groups, and meet at regular intervals. Individual sessions with Evelyn will be scheduled as needed with no extra costs for further individual specific development needs.
