Please note upon registration to our courses:
1, As a way for our company and our founder to give back to the global agile community, all advanced course participants will be offered free monthly coaching circle options upon graduation as a way for us to give back to the passionate growing community;
2, All registrations can be moved to the next available session free of charge once (1 time) due to participants’ conflicts of schedule, while we do appreciate earlier notifications as most of our programs are fully booked. This leaves learning opportrunity with us for others.
3, All cancellations (not related to on-demand-program) received 30 days prior to the original course start date will be fully refunded (for payment from outside EU/EEA countries, the final refunded amount is subject to bank fees, exchange losses, payment processing fees, and any other applicable administrative charges encountered);
4, For participants registered via invoice, once an invoice is sent based on the provided information, registration is considered as official. Cancellation request needs to be received 30 days prior to the original course start date to receive full refund; Invoices that are not paid within its due time are subject to an interest currently set at 8%.
