The Certified Agile Facilitator (CAF) program is to grow participants’ mindset, knowledge and ability in the area of professional facilitation. Effectively facilitating a group or team toward co-created, meaningful and committed outcomes is a core agile coaching competency as well as a skill necessary for effective leadership.
The CAF program supports the growth of participants and helps with challenges from real working environments. While participants advances their facilitation skills, participants also support their teams and organizations to advance.

The Certified Facilitator does not require prior learning. For anybody who doesn’t understand Agile and Scrum, some preparation work has to be done to work with facilitation in an Agile context.
Commitments
- Preparation before the workshop requires approximately 60 minutes on average
- 2 full-day workshop or 3 half-day workshop with full engagements and practices in workshops
- Practices and follow up – for those who are interested in designing facilitation plans and practice, you can come back for a follow-up session or ask for feedback about your facilitation plans, to further enhance facilitation practice, build insights, tackle challenges, and further advance.
